The Claremont is back in it's fourth year as an Open House and proud to be showing one of the biggest and most impressive collections of contemporary art in the Festival.
We hope the combination of over 30 artists contributing stunning new work in a wide variety of mediums throughout this charming Victorian building and walled garden, plus the chance to sneak a peak at Brighton and Hove's first five-star guest accomodation, will make this an opportunity not to be missed!
During May, we are open every weekend 11-6pm EXCEPT Sunday the 22nd but we are open on the Bank Holiday Monday (30th)

We are located in a residential and quieter conservation area of Brighton & Hove, with an unloading bay directly outside and plenty of on-street parking. VisitBritain has awarded The Claremont Brighton & Hove's first 5 star grading for guest accommodation.
We are committed to facilitating a vibrant space for predominantly local artists to exhibit and sell their work whilst at the same time providing our guests and visitors with an interesting and colourful environment to work and stay in. The large amount of contemporary art combined with the natural charm of this Victorian building hopefully enhances everyone's experience of The Claremont. All work is for sale.
